Oh hey! Brittney here.

I’ve spent 15 years in boutique fitness operations. I’ve worn pretty much every hat in the building: part-time front desk, part-time teacher for fun, full-time teacher career, training teachers, directing sales and operations for a franchise network, market expansions, advising owners... blah blah blah. It always came down to ONE thing.

People.

Except supporting teams and customers meant managing quality, consistency, and efficiency. But unlike the yoga studios where I taught, it required taking human behavior and turning it into quantitative data—measuring actual improvement to back multi-million dollar decisions with concrete proof.

I have been teaching yoga for 9 years— I know how new teachers want to feel. I know what you really need (spoiler alert— it’s not complicated or expensive AT ALL) to help you skip a few years of frustration, quiet the noise, stop taking discouraging feedback, and build real confidence.

If you are a new yoga teacher, or considering getting your 300-hr certification, do yourself a favor and try my guide, first!

New teachers, fuel confidence here.

“Teaching yoga demands self-awareness, experience, faith in the practice, ongoing learning and transformation, and humility—recognizing we facilitate a wisdom larger than ourselves.” — Britt

Brittney Coates Yoga YogaUX, user-friendly yoga for your inner space. yoga workshop for arm balances and invers-group of people doing a yoga class in a studio with mirrored wall, lying on yoga mats in a restorative pose, with an instructor standing.

So you have your 200-hour certification, and maybe you’ve even taught your first class. Congratulations!

So, how did it go? Can you tell me exactly why it was good? Why it might have been bad? Do you know exactly why you did what you did, stress response or whether people actually learned? and can you articulate it to someone else?

If you don’t have the vocabulary for it, you’re not alone! Nobody in the yoga industry does.

What everyone else—yoga students, teachers, and business owners alike—continually talk about actually has a direct solution.

Navigate the human side of your class, measure your own improvement, what quality feedback actually looks like, or why Yoga Alliance really doesn't prepare you for any of this.

We exist to transform how yoga is taught— call it like we see it and get more people to the yoga mat.

Welcome! You’re meant to be here.

01 A smarter way to teach yoga because while the practice is still the same, the people doing it and teaching it are not. Intentional, modern, practical systems, to help you bypass “years of experience” without deliberate practice. Help yourself, shatter self-doubt, and truly brand your style of teaching consistency.

02 Conscious embodiment & true connection is at the heart of everything we do. Human-centered data made effortless with application to positively influence the world around you.

03 Anti-guessing with the point to outgrow yourself. Professional development for the evolution and personal growth that is inherent to yoga, applied with mastery, autonomy and self-progression in mind.

Our Mission

Professionalize yoga instruction. Give new (and all) yoga teachers greater sustainability. Bing the entire yoga industry to a head-scratching halt. Raise the industry standard, call bullshit on yoga alliance, and fill the industry void for yoga and business.
