The Founder

A Florida native with over fourteen years of professional experience, Brittney got certified to teach yoga in 2017 and became a lifelong student ever since. I've spent my career turning chaos into frameworks that actually function—leading enterprise implementations, building proprietary training programs, and mobilizing teams where the stakes are high and guessing isn't an option.

After 15 years teaching fitness, yoga, training teachers, and watching students walk out of class disengaged, lost and with minimal interaction from yoga teachers, she new she wanted to do something about it. “The industry is losing students from returning because yoga teacher trainings do not cover teaching and learning objectives and then provide a clear execution strategy.

She noticed this pattern across studios, cities, states, and even with teachers who boast 20+ years of experience. Teachers staying on their mat the entire class, mixed messaging and inconsistent marketing, students visibly confused, with no intervention and teachers who don’t even notice!

Then after : "How was class?"

If teachers want sustainable careers and students want to connect with yoga's transformative power, this can't continue. This isn't a teacher problem—it's an industry problem. The industry certifies people without equipping them to manage a room, sequence on command, adapt in real-time, or deliver what's promised.

Yoga teachers deserve better than "find your voice and hope for the best." Students deserve better than inconsistent experiences with mixed messages. And this ancient, powerful practice deserves a standard that honors both its roots and its future.
